Basically what a Tabata work out is, is 20 seconds of intense exercise with 10 seconds of rest then repeated. What we do is chose 8 specific exercises and work the circuit for a total of 20 minutes with a 5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down that give us a total of a 30 minute work out that burns…get this 9 times the fat of a one hour aerobic class.

Sound too good to be true? I thought so when I first learned about Tabata’s but I am here to tell you that it has worked beyond our expectations.

One of our students has lost 6% body fat in her first 3 weeks and do you think maybe she is excited? …. Oh yeah!
